HOSTS, BUSSERS, FOOD RUNNERS: should be outgoing, energetic, and have a great attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong work ethic a must. Vocational training and/or previous food experience preferred.
SERVERS: An ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience with exposure to fine-dining service
and is interested in increasing wine knowledge.
